TaxMate is a dynamic start-up focused on financial and fiscal services for sole proprietors, partnerships, and freelancers. From our head office on the Singel in Amsterdam, we combine the efficiency of technological innovations in bookkeeping with the expertise and client focus of traditional bookkeeping. We continuously innovate to automate repetitive tasks, so you can focus on the substantive side of bookkeeping!
Your role
As a Junior Fiscal Account Manager you support the TaxMate bookkeeping team with maintaining client administrations and preparing VAT returns. You will also be trained to take on increasingly complex tasks such as preparing annual accounts and income tax returns. You will work with our apps and tools to work efficiently and clearly.
You also play an active role in thinking about and improving our processes and services.
What do we expect from you?
• You are currently completing a bachelor's or master's degree in taxation, economics, or accountancy.
• Affinity with bookkeeping/fiscal services.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Basic skills in MS Office.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
